[ Pricing ]

Fixed prices, published.

Every price I charge, on one page. Each one is agreed before any work starts.

Builds

£2k–£10k

covers most builds. Where yours lands depends on four things.

Bigger than a month?

I split it into phases of about a month, each priced on its own.

What drives the price

Core workflows

One, two or three, or four or more. This drives most of the price.

Who logs in

Your team only, or customers and suppliers too, through their own portal.

Integrations

Tools with a standard API, such as Xero or Stripe, are quick. A messy API or a data sync takes longer. Legacy systems with no API take the longest.

Data migration

None, a clean import from a spreadsheet, or a messy clean-up of an old system.

In a standard build

  • Responsive web apps with logins, roles and permissions
  • Dashboards and reports
  • A few integrations using standard APIs
  • Customer or supplier portals
  • Automations and AI features inside the app
  • Data import from spreadsheets or the old system
  • Phone apps built on the web (PWAs), in place of native apps

Quoted separately, or not offered

  • Hard integrations, quoted as their own fixed-price integration
  • Large or messy migrations from legacy systems
  • Native iOS and Android apps (not offered yet)
  • Medical devices, direct card-data handling and anything needing formal certification

Monthly plans

The first month is free. Every plan cancels any time, and without one you get the code, data and handover docs to run it wherever you like.

Idle £79/mo
  • Hosting, backups, security updates, uptime monitoring
  • Bug fixes
Cruise £199/mo
  • Hosting, backups, security updates, uptime monitoring
  • Bug fixes
  • Small changes and improvements: up to 2 hrs a month
Overdrive £449/mo
  • Hosting, backups, security updates, uptime monitoring
  • Bug fixes
  • Small changes and improvements: up to 6 hrs a month
  • Priority response

Included with every build

Hosting and support, free for month one

Handover docs, and your data exportable as a CSV or database dump

The rest of the price list

The entry step, plus integrations, automations, AI features and fixes for existing systems.

First Gear

A working prototype and a fixed-price build plan. Credited against the build.

£495

Standard integration

Two tools with good APIs, such as Shopify to Xero. Live in a week.

from £750

Complex integration

Several systems, data mapping or a legacy system.

£1.5k–£4k

Single automation

Such as an enquiry that gets a follow-up and lands in your CRM.

from £750

AI feature

Document reading, an AI receptionist, a quoting assistant.

£1.5k–£5k

MVP or new product

Built in phases of about a month, each priced like a build.

£2k–£10k per phase

Gear Check

I check an existing system and give you a written fix plan and its price. The £750 comes off the fix.

£750

Native mobile apps aren't offered yet.

Paying

  • Builds: half at kickoff and half at go-live, with the £495 taken off the first half.
  • Over £6k: three monthly instalments if you prefer.
  • How: I invoice you, and you pay by bank transfer or card.
  • Plans: Direct Debit.

Every build comes with four guarantees: See it first, Fixed price, On time and Yours to keep. What each one covers

[ Questions, answered ]

Common questions

Still have questions? It's usually quickest to talk.

I lead every build myself and use AI tools to work faster. Each build starts with a small first release instead of a long specification.

Once First Gear is done and I've built the core of the system. The price comes from that work, and it doesn't change once you've agreed it.

Cruise and Overdrive include a set number of hours a month for small changes and improvements. Anything bigger is quoted as its own phase.

No. Pay by card or bank transfer at the same price, and there's no finance agreement to sign.
