I founded ByteGears in 2020, after years of building custom CRMs, auction platforms, AI content engines and the cloud infrastructure underneath them.
The pattern never changed. The businesses I worked with weren't short of software. They were short of someone who would look at the whole system, decide what mattered next, and be accountable for shipping it.
